By accessing or using the OliveRadar platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. The Service is intended for business-to-business (B2B) use by professionals in the agricultural commodities sector.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legally registered business entity to use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that:

• You are authorised to act on behalf of your company
• Your company is a legally registered entity in the European Union
• You are engaged in or associated with the agricultural commodities trade
• All information provided during registration is accurate and current

3. Nature of the Service

OliveRadar is an indicative market-information and counterparty-discovery platform. Specifically:

• All market interests displayed are indicative and non-binding
• OliveRadar does not execute transactions or act as broker, dealer or counterparty
• Prices shown are indicative and do not constitute binding offers
• Users negotiate and agree commercial terms directly between themselves
• OliveRadar is not a party to any transactions between users
• OliveRadar does not guarantee the quality, quantity or delivery of any product

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

5. Market Interests

When submitting market interests, you agree that:

• Interests represent genuine commercial interest
• Information provided (price, quantity, quality, region) is accurate to the best of your knowledge
• Interests are non-binding expressions of interest, not firm offers
• You may withdraw or update interests at any time during their validity period
• OliveRadar may review, moderate, or remove interests that appear inaccurate, misleading, or in violation of these terms

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading market information
• Manipulate or attempt to manipulate market data
• Use the platform for money laundering or illegal activities
• Scrape, copy, or systematically extract data from the platform
• Interfere with the platform's operation or security
• Impersonate another user or organisation

7. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and technology of OliveRadar is our property or licensed to us. Users retain ownership of data they submit but grant us a licence to display, aggregate, and analyse it for platform purposes.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of market data, the availability of counterparties, or the completion of any transaction. We are not liable for decisions made based on information displayed on the platform.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OliveRadar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform or by email. Continued use after modification constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
