About OliveRadar
OliveRadar is a market-information and commercial-discovery platform for professionals in the Greek olive-oil sector.
It brings official EU reference prices, production, trade and weather data together with the buying and selling Interests that participants publish, so you can follow the market and find counterparties in one place.
The Market Today
Greece's wholesale olive-oil market relies on direct contact and established professional relationships. Information about prices, quantities, supply, demand and commercial interest moves through different networks, calls and messages, making a broader and current market view difficult to form.
OliveRadar does not replace those relationships. It complements them by organising participant-published market information that is currently spread across different channels.

- Weekly official reference prices by market and category for Greece, Spain, Italy and Portugal, with changes, spreads, seasonality, production, trade and weather risk, each with its source.
- A participant view next to the official data: indicative prices, declared buying and selling quantities and recent activity from active Interests, by category.
- Discovery of participant-published buying and selling Interests, and publishing and managing your own.
- Responding to relevant Interests and contacting the other party directly after acceptance.
Who OliveRadar Is For
How the Information Works
- Official reference prices come from the weekly reports of EU member states to the European Commission and are shown with their source, week and unit. Interests and participant prices are indicative and non-binding; commercial terms are agreed directly between participants.
- The participant view is based on active listings available through the platform and does not represent the entire Greek market or completed transactions. It is never blended into the official prices.
- Identity visibility follows actual permissions. Contact details become available after a Response is accepted.
What OliveRadar Is Not
- An exchange, auction service or transaction-execution platform.
- A buyer, seller, broker or participant in negotiating commercial terms.
- A payment processor, settlement service or guarantee of finding a counterparty.
OliveRadar Today
OliveRadar is currently in Preview. Professionals and organisations are using the platform in live conditions while we evaluate usage and improve the features that provide practical value.
Access is currently provided without charge. Available features and access conditions may evolve.
Research Background
Initial market research highlighted the need for a clearer view of buying and selling interest and easier discovery of commercial opportunities.
The research is directional rather than representative of the whole Greek olive-oil industry. Product development is also shaped by participant feedback and observed use.
